Welcome to Panama reception
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Beach Deck
The reception includes a 2-hour open bar, hors d’oeuvres, and entertainment.
Dress code for the welcome reception is WHITE NIGHT! Wear your best all-white outfit and your gifted Panama hat to complete the look.

DAY 2 – FRIDAY, JANUARY 22

Participants select one activity
All tours include lunch and return transfers
All tours depart from the lobby
Embera Indigenous Experience departs at 00:00 am
Cooking Class departs at 00:00 am
Panama Canal Transit departs at 00:00 am

Feature evening event – Private dinner in Panama’s historic old town followed by rooftop cocktails including open bar, dinner, entertainment, and return transfers.

DAY 3 – SATURDAY, JANUARY 23

Carnival Awards Gala Reception and Dinner
Cocktail reception 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm on Beach Deck (pool area)
Dinner and awards ceremony 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm in Westin Grand 3
The event includes dinner and open bar, entertainment, awards presentation after party with DJ and hors d’oeuvres.
Dress code for the gala is SEMI-FORMAL. We encourage you to wear your most colourful formal attire in celebration of our Carnival theme!
